Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning
Clearing the ductwork and the dryer line, which is a fire risk as much as an air-quality one.

Why clean air ducts?
Ductwork collects construction dust, pet hair and ordinary household debris, and every cycle of the system moves some of it back into the rooms. A dryer vent is a more urgent problem: lint packs into the line, the dryer runs longer and hotter to push air through it, and a blocked vent is a genuine fire risk rather than a theoretical one. Both are cleared mechanically at the source.
If you are running a dryer that takes two cycles to dry a load, the vent is usually the reason.
What does the air duct service include?
We inspect the duct system, choose the right extraction method and clean the ducts and vents thoroughly. The system is then fogged with a disinfectant to kill bacteria and fungi, and fogged with a sealer that closes small holes in the ductwork, which helps the system run more efficiently. Most homes should have ducts cleaned every three to four years, and homes with pets benefit most.
How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?
Once a year, or every six months in a busy household. A lint-clogged vent makes the dryer run longer and hotter, raises the electric bill and is a genuine fire risk. We clean dryer vents to IFSTA standards.
Why choose us for air duct and dryer vent cleaning?
- Supply and return ductwork cleared at the source
- Dryer lines cleared, which is a fire risk and not just an efficiency one
- Noticeable difference for households with pets or recent construction
- Often the real reason a dryer needs two cycles
