Carpet Cleaning
Truck-mounted hot water extraction, not a rental machine and not a damp shampoo.

What does truck-mounted steam cleaning do?
Truck-mounted steam cleaning heats water well past what any portable unit can reach and pulls it back out under vacuum, which is what separates a real clean from a wet carpet that looks better for a week. The heat and the chemistry do the work on the soil; the vacuum does the work on the water. We pre-inspect the fiber and the soil level, pre-treat traffic lanes and spots, and then extract until the carpet is only damp to the touch rather than wet.
Because the equipment lives on the truck, the dirty water and the noise stay outside the house.
How often should carpet be steam cleaned?
Most homes should have carpet professionally steam cleaned about once a year, and more often with pets, young children or allergies. Traffic lanes and entryways may need attention in between.
Cleaning before the carpet is heavily soiled matters. Grit works down into the pile and grinds against the fibers every time someone walks across it, so carpet left too long becomes harder to clean and wears out sooner.
What is included?
Stain removal, deodorizing and pet treatments are all part of the service, so a carpet comes back looking and feeling fresh rather than just damp. The solutions we use are safe for the people and pets in the house.

- Truck-mounted hot water extraction, the method most carpet manufacturers specify
- Traffic lanes and spots pre-treated before the wand ever touches them
